I had a great stay at Nu Hotel, which absolutely shines in terms of service and location. I loved the well-furnished room with ample amenities, although I did hear some noise from the street at times. The breakfast options were nice, although I think they could improve the bagels. Overall, I had a solid experience and would definitely return.

My stay at Nu Hotel was quite a mixed bag. The decor was edgy and unique, giving off an urban chic vibe, but the lighting in the room left something to be desired. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, especially the comfortable bedding and decent breakfast options, but there were a few minor inconveniences that kept it from being perfect.

During my recent stay at Nu Hotel in Brooklyn, I experienced a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, giving me easy access to local restaurants and subway stations. However, my room had some issues, particularly with the AC that took too long to fix. Despite these hiccups, the staff was friendly and really tried to ensure I had a smooth experience.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean and modern, though I did face some issues with the AC. It was a bit frustrating to deal with, especially after a long day out. When it was working, the room felt spacious and comfortable.
Service
7.0
The service varied during my stay. While some staff were incredibly helpful, like Anthony who got me switched to a working room, there were moments of confusion at the front desk. Overall, the helpfulness of the staff made a significant difference.
Location
9.0
The location was absolutely great! It had a cozy neighborhood vibe and was close to lots of stores, restaurants, and an easy subway ride to Manhattan. I loved being in the heart of Brooklyn.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had its moments—it was decent but could use more variety and some hot options. The continental offerings were nice enough but didn't quite meet my expectations for an upscale stay.
Facilities
5.0
I took advantage of the dry cleaning service and appreciated the availability of pet amenities, which added to the boutique feel of the hotel. However, I expected more in terms of daily room cleaning and replenishment of basic items like lotion.
